DATES OF OPERATION:  	16 Jun 1993 to Present

SEISMOMETER TYPE and ADC:
Streckeisen Model STS-2/VBB 3 component system for all broad band and Long period
components, Geotech Model GS-13 seismometer is used for the EH_ components,
and the Guralp CMG5 seismometer for all EL_ components.  ADC is Quanterra
Model Q-680.

DIGITAL FORMAT:
24 bit integer data words for all broad band (20 sps), long period (1 sps), and
very long period (0.1 sps) and ultra long period.  Range: +8,388,607 to 
-8,388,608 counts.
16 bit integer data words for very short period (80 sps) and mass positions channels.
Range: +32,767 to -32,768 counts.

EVENT DETECTOR ALGORITHM:  
The Murdock event detector (Murdock, 1991) is used for all short period data.

COMMENTS:
EDO and LDO are given in dynamic pressure.  Static pressure can be obtained
from P=(count5.24)/15.83 mbar.
