Dear WG2 members,

As we have mentioned some days ago, we need to open the voting phase to
decide if we accept the

*StationXML documentation and the related change of the schema version*

I would like to ask representatives to vote as soon as they can.

Please, *register your vote by Monday 11th April 2022*

Voting rules (consistent with current FDSN Terms of Reference):
1 vote per FDSN member (i.e. each network or datacentre)
Votes are agreed with at least 2/3 majority. Quorum for any decision is 5 FDSN member votes.

For those of you who haven't read the report from the Evaluation Team
you can find it in the attach. Their recommendation is

"The review committee recommends approval of the specification as revised."
