Dear all,

The WG IV (CTBT Issues) meeting will be held this Wednesday, August 25th at:
16:45 - 18:45 India Standard Time
13:15 CEST
04:15 US Pacific

The Chair and Vice Chair are, unfortunately, unable to attend due to time conflicts. But they have provided a presentation (thanks István and Öcal!) and someone will be available to conduct the meeting in order to report status and allow for discussion. I attached the agenda.
