Hi Philipp,
FDSN has moved to use Digital Object Identifiers (
http://www.fdsn.org/services/doi/) for citations, so a network's DOI
should be considered the primary source for citation data. You can find
this information on the page for each individual network (listed at
http://www.fdsn.org/networks/), and there is also a tool that can take a
list of network codes and output citations for each (
http://www.fdsn.org/networks/citation/).
None of these provides exactly the same data, though, and not all provide
machine readable output, so I'm not sure whether these meet your needs. If
they don't, feel free to contact me with more details and I'll see what
other options might be available.
