SEISMOMETER TYPE AND ADC:
Streckeisen Model STS-1/VBB 3 component system for broadband and
very long period channels.  IDA MK3 data acquisition system.   

CALIBRATION EPOCH:	1987, 314 - 1990, 192

DIGITAL FORMAT:
16 bit integer data words for all broadband (20 sps) and mid-period
(5 sps) data.  32 bit integer words for very long period (0.1 sps) data 
and synthesized long period (1 sps) data.

The Noise Study was done using 1992 data, consequently, it is only an estimation for this generation of station instrumentation. 
Comments:
The TERRAscope Network installed a data acquisition system on the IDA STS-1 
sensors in November 1990.
