| Description |
A number of earthquakes struck the region of Molise on the nights of August 15th and August 16th. After the earthquake of August 16 2018 (Mw 5.1), the Sismiko group, which is the coordinating group of the emergency seismic networks of INGV, was activated and 5 seismic mobile stations were installed integrated with the permanent network in the affected area. These stations were transmitted in real time to the INGV monitoring acquisition room for surveillance purposes. |
